BUDGET 2018: Home and free LPG announcement for the finance minister's poor

In the Parliament today, Finance Minister Arun Jaitley is presenting the General Budget of 2018-19, when Arun Jaitley has made very big announcements for the middle class and the poor in his general budget. The Finance Minister said that under the celebrated scheme, the government has targeted to provide free gas connections to more than 50 million poor women. Keeping in mind the popularity of this scheme, this goal has been aimed at connecting eight crore poor women with free connections.
Arun Jaitley further said that keeping in view the fact that people living in electricity are disturbed, the government has announced the start of the Prime Minister Sadbhavna Project. He said that under this scheme, electricity will be provided to 4 crore households by the cost of Rs 16,000 crore. The Finance Minister has made an important announcement even after taking home in his budget.

Arun Jaitley said that the government's goal is to give home to all the poor till 2022. He said that for this, the government has approved the plan to construct 37 lakh houses in urban areas. Apart from this, the government will create 2 crore toilets in the new financial year.
